I've had this post in the pipeline for a while now as Liz Earle is a long time used and trusted brand of skincare in my family. The only thing that's stopped me from publishing this post earlier is my goddamn poor photography! Believe me when I say I've tried photographing these bottles at least five times... but rather than give up because my inner-perfectionist isn't happy, I'm going to go ahead and tell you about a brand that is worth all the fuss.
The Liz Earle Brand is focused on a fuss free, simple and dependable skincare routine at an affordable price. Best of all - It's all cruelty free!

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish Hot Cloth Cleanser *
The hot cloth cleanser was the first cleanser I ever owned. I remember my mom buying it for me when I was 9 or 10 years old, sitting me down and telling me how important it is to look after your skin as you grow up.  One of the things that makes this cleanser so unique is that due to it's gentle nature it's completely universal, meaning that it can be used on all skin types. That means that anyone aged 10-100 should in theory get on with this product. The cleanser is plant based, containing products like beeswax and cocoa butter to protect skin from the elements and keep it hydrated.

Personally I use one pump and a half of product on my face in the evening to remove my makeup. I massage the cream into my face in a circular motion for about a minute. Then I take the Muslin Cloth* and run it under warm water before ringing it out. Using the cloth I then buff the cream cleanser off my face. The buffing motion gently removes the top layer of dead skin cells leaving skin looking radiant and revitalised.

Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic
I can't say enough good things about this skin tonic. I use this in place of a toner. After cleansing, or whenever my skin feels dry or tight I slip a couple of drops of this toner onto a cotton wool pad and sweep it over my skin. Not only does my skin instantly loosen up and look viably more radiant but this product is super refreshing! You can also buy the Instant Boost Skin Tonic in a spritzer bottle for an even more refreshing experience

If you've never understood the point of a toner, or you have used one, yet never seen any difference then I really recommend giving this one a go. You only have to read the glowing reviews on the Liz Earle website to see that I'm not the only gal who really believe in this product.

Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator
This is a exfoliator is as gentle as exfoliant scrubs come in my opinion. The base consistency of this product is very creamy (once again I believe this to be the cocoa butter and the beeswax). There are small exfoliant jojoba beads amongst this creamy lavishness to help buff away dead or flaky skin cells. Whilst the exfoliant particles in this product are much finer than you would find in the majority of other high street exfoliators, Liz Earle still do not recommend for use for anyone with very sensitive skin - The removing of dead skin cells may cause redness.

Liz Earle Deep Cleansing Mask
The last product in the spotlight for today is quite possibly my favourite mask of all time... (Now that is a big statement). The Deep Cleansing Mask is a Green Clay based mask and is aimed at those with oily/combination skin. I wouldn't say my skin is particularly oily but when my skin is having a freakout, nothing manages to calm it down quite like this.

I apply this mask after cleansing my face. Sometimes I pop it on just before I get in the bath and let the steam form the hot water open up my pores. Then I sit back, relax, and wait for this bad boy mud mask to set and work it's magic. I rinse off the mud by using a sponge and moving in circular motions. Like all of the Liz Earle products I've tried, I find this mask to be super hydrating and leaves my skin feeling supple and nourished and I wash it off.

*Heavily exhales*
Wooo. That seemed like a lot of text in one go! If you have never heard of Liz Earle before today then I really hope I've persuaded you to give it a go. Or if you're a long time fan let me know in the comments below what your favourite product is! Maybe I'll give it a go!

With Love
