AUGUST WISHLIST 2013

Anyone who knows me well knows it takes me an age to dress myself in the morning. I love fashion, but it does not come easily to me at all and shopping is an absolute nightmare. I can never find anything I like so I end up wearing the same four or five outfits on repeat for weeks, so I was pretty impressed with myself when I was able to put together a complete wish list for August that is not only incredibly easily interchangeable, but it's freakin' cute!

1. Topshop: Lace back playsuit - Now I am aware that autumn approaches, but there's still got to be a few warm weeks left of summer right? Pair this cute little nude playsuit with some bright, chunky heels and it'd look killer! There is also an ornate black lace back to piece which adds a sophisticated touch to the piece and breaks up the block nude colour. I hear that nude is the new black anyhow.

2. Topshop Lively T-Bar Platforms - At £56 these are a little on the pricey side for shoes that you more than likely won't wear everyday, but c'mon, they're beautiful right? I don't think theres an end to the amount of money I'd pay for a good pair of heels though... Anyway, these chunky beauty's add a nice pop of colour to any outfit which is really great if you're like the whole monochrome look this season, but want to spice things up a little.

3. Zara Floral Print Jacket - This jacket.. oh my... I think I may have developed real feelings for a jacket... I know. If there's one staple piece that I want to get my hands on for A/W13 it's definitely this jacket, I've been after a decorative bomber all summer but I just couldn't find the "one" if you will, and ladies and Gents I've finally found it, this jacket IS the one. And the best part? It's only £30! Did I hear a gasp of disbelief there? Yeah me too, this jacket is all I want from life this August.

4. Celine Bag - Now I'm not saying I want to own the genuine article (although wouldn't that be nice) but a similar style would be nice. My mom is lucky enough to own one of these bad boys and I'm so jealous, she won't let me anywhere near it of course, but who could blame her. I'd protect this bag better than I would protect my first born child.. and I'm not exaggerating.

5. Celine Paris T-shirt - I know these T-shirts have been around all summer, but it's only recently that I've only started noticing them. You can never have enough white print tee's in my opinion, I guess you could say I've jumped on the bandwagon.

6. Zara Skirt - This skirt stands for a collection of geometric print skirts zara did for S/S13 that unfortunately I didn't get around to buying. The bold print really captured my attention and the bright colours used in the designs were unlike any other skirts that I'd seen around. If anybody has any of these in a blog sale that you know of, let me know!

So what about you Honey bee's, what are you're staple pieces this August?

  1. The heels are beautiful but I don't think I'd spend £56 on them!
